Under 14’s – Mondays 4.30pm , Wednesdays 4.30pm , Saturdays 9.00am
Over 14’s – Mondays 6.00pm , Wednesdays 6.00pm , Saturdays 10.00am

Aspire run monthly shows in Derby competing for a number of titles, belts, and even an Aspire Championship.
