Offering Kickboxing, Self-defence and Tae-Kwondo classes. Groups take place in Alvaston, Aston-on-Trent, Chellaston and Mickleover.

Days of classes depends upon location selected. Suitable for all abilities. Regular grading events are held so that young people can work their way up the levels.
