Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Cadets
APPLICATIONS OPEN IN MARCH EACH YEAR. There are limited places for these and applicants must be between 13 and 16. They meet every Thursday from 18:30-20:30 at Ascot Drive Station in Allenton.
The fire cadets meet weekly and undertake different activities to raise awareness of fire service careers and requirements for these. The scheme runs for two years and all cadets work towards a BTEC qualification which they should complete by the end of the scheme.
