Based on Osmaston Road in Rosehill. Junior boxing groups meet at the following times:

4 – 11 (Saturdays 11:00 – 12:00)
4 – 11 (Sundays 10:00 – 11:00)
11 – 15 (Sundays 11:00 – 12:00)

Boxercise classes are offered for 16+ and these run from 7-8pm Mon-Thurs.

Charity boxing events are also organised by the club.
